Welcome to Driven By Code. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Odin and Cordana mobile applications, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), operated by Driven By Code ("we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
1. Use of Services
You must be at least 16 years old to use our Services.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your password.

- Impersonate or attempt to impersonate Driven By Code, a Driven By Code employee, another user, or any other person or entity.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

In no event shall Driven By Code, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
